I struggle a lot with mental health issues and it has now been a month and a half since I started microdosing. It’s not gonna cure you but it feels like you have more motivation to do the things you need to do to help yourself.
Like.. things are still hard, of course. There is no cure all. But I’m really glad I’ve been microdosing because it feels like I’ve been able to appreciate the world around me a bit more. I’ve been able to be more productive than I’m normally able to and I’ve been proud of myself. 🙂
